Prague

Night

As the sun goes down, the lights of the city come up. From the National Theater riverside to the National Museum at the end of Wenceslas Square, the blaze of the buildings is amazing.

Once darkness has fully fallen, the colors of the evening sky give way to the black of night. The Charles bridge (with its wooden debris blockers) glimmers in the river below. Lights from the streetlamps and the towers throw the city into sharp repose as people head home from a day's work.
Heading toward the Old City, the towers and turrets look out over the bridge as the tourists enjoy the evening breeze.

The castle and cathedral sit on the hill above the Mala Strana (Little Quarter)
Heading toward this part of town and passing through the towering gates, one enters a little section of cafes and shops
What a great place to enjoy the old mill wheel and have an evening meal.
