Easter in India, 2008

Indian Easter Eggs Obviously a bit different than in years past!

While some things are pretty consistent from year to year (like my NCAA brackets falling apart before the end of the second round), our holiday patterns are wonderfully varied. This year we got to experience a true mashup of cultures, as a big Hindu celebration coincided with the Easter festivities.

After all this, time to sigh in relief. One more week - a crazy week nonetheless with a big Festival of Nations celebration at the school - and then we are off to Kerala!!

Hi Stutz’s - we are watching the Travel Channel on Sunday night and we’re thinking of you! Hugs and Kisses to you all - Chris and Lindsey especially say hi to Alea and Breck! Assessment testing this week at school, so no homework and GUM! Life is good here, I guess.

Baseball, Softball and Lacrosse (John) all getting started now, and swimming just ended today for Linds. She did a race with 3 flip turns today - woo-woo.

We are all well, Dean’s work is good, I’m still looking for the real “big thing” I’m supposed to do with my life, enjoying the kids in the meantime. Too consumed with money (or lack thereof) and general competitive STUFF here, but still glad to be settled back home for a while.

So - are you guys for the great one (BO) or Mrs. C? (my guess is Dave likes him, Susan her?) As you well know, we won’t be part of this round of voting, hee hee.
